Smith Joins as Rawden\'s Assistant

....Selhurst Street as first-team assistant-manager as Paul Rawden looks to build solid foundations for the future development of the playing side of the club.

Smith replaces Rich Harrison, who can now concentrate on playing.

Smith has had a very good playing career and has managed at a good level so this will add a further boost to the backroom staff at Radford.
