Smith has been a loyal member of the club and the coaching team for a number of years. He has notified the club that he has been offered the role as first-team coach at Abingdon Town and intends to take the role.

Smith told the club of his decision after a season that has been a difficult one and in particular the first-team.

Smith has always wanted to manage a team in the Hellenic Premier Division and felt that this offer was too good to let go.

Smith`s commitment has been exceptional and the club can only hope to get a successor with as much enthusiasm for the 2012/13 season.
