Terry Spillane

Spillane recently resigned as manager of league rivals Redbridge, having guided the Motormen on a phenomenal high-profile FA Cup run last season.

He managed Redbridge for one season, having previously enjoyed success in charge of Essex Senior League side Stansted.

He comes in as Maldon’s new permanent manager, after previous incumbent, caretaker boss Mike Flanagan, left at the end of the season.
