Star Peacock Remains
Rodney Marsh

....Division One South & West rivals and neighbours Bridgwater Town, last winter's most outstanding player, Rodney Marsh, is staying at Wordsworth Drive. The talented midfielder collected a hat-trick of trophies at Taunton's presentation night in May. Marsh, son of Charlie who was a well-known local Saturday and Sunday League player, was presented with the supporters' player of the year, players' player of the year and top goalscorer trophies.

He is known to have become a target for other clubs during the summer, including Blue Square Bet South side Weston-super-Mare as well as Bridgwater.

Robinson says pre-season training sessions have been enjoyable with twenty-five players regularly turning up and "it is good to get back into it."
