Udoji was on the youth books of the sadly now defunct Rushden & Diamonds before moving to Portsmouth's youth Academy. He signed a professional contract at Fratton Park but was released in the summer of 2008.

He moved to the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain in the autumn of 2008 and graduated from there to play for Stafford Rangers for part of the 2009/10 season.

After leaving Stafford, he had trials at Queens Park Rangers and Weymouth before playing for Ebbsfleet United`s reserves in August 2010.

Capable of playing in the centre of defence or at full-back, he agreed terms at Stonebridge Road a few games into the 2010/11 season after a short spell with Aveley.

However, he moved on to join Bromley`s league rivals Havant & Waterlooville in November 2010, joining league rivals Bromley last March.
