Sweetman Commits to Holyport
Derek Sweetman

....the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East champions for the coming season.

Secretary Graham Broom commented: "I made a phone call to Derek the day after our Challenge Cup final success to discuss his thoughts for next season. The call only lasted a couple of minutes with Derek stating he was enjoying every moment of being part of our history making club and was keen to continue with the club's progression. Kevin Carville (Assistant) and Calvin Maye (coach) have also committed themselves to Holyport.

“The whole management team as well as therapist Dave Jones have brought a new air of dedication and professionalism to the club and are vital if we are to succeed at the higher level next season. I am aware that other clubs have been speaking to Derek, perhaps, like us, they should have seen his potential talents this time last year when we appointed him."
