Bedworth United notched a confidence-boosting win in preparation for their home play-off against Uxbridge on Tuesday night.
First half goals from strike pair Mitchell Piggon and Ashley Robinson set the Greenbacks on the way to a 3-1 victory over a Biggleswade Town side dispirited after missing out on a play-off place.
Piggon was twice denied by saves from Anthony Ender before the Greenbacks leading scorer raced through to beat the goalkeeper in the 10th minute.
Robinson added the second in the 31st minute when he darted in to score after Ender pushed out a shot.
The Waders cut the arrears after 69 minutes when skipper Steve Gentle left his defensive role to head home after the ball came back off the bar.
The Greenbacks squandered numerous chances before Corbett made the game safe 6 minutes from time when he netted from a Tom Bates cross.
Uxbridge, one ahead at the break through Michael Murray, scored four times in the second half to win 5-1 at home against Bedfont Town to secure fourth place.
Murray went on to complete his hat-trick with two spot-kicks and Dale Gordon and Craig Tomkins also got in on the act.
Beaconsfield SYCOB lost 2-1 at home to Daventry Town but still secured a play-off semi-final against their tenants, Slough Town, after Northwood went down 5-2 at Leighton Town.
SYCOB only had a Nev Saroya penalty 10 minutes from time in reply to Daventry`s Nathan Hicks and Scott Cross efforts, while Jake Bewley, Lewis McBride, Ross Hanley and Ben Gallant had Leighton 4-1 up before half-time against Wood, whose John Christian replied. And then Sean Bishop added the home side`s fifth in injury-time after Gary Senior had pulled a second back for the visitors.
Rugby Town finished in sixth place when a 33rd minute penalty from Tyrone Fagan gave them a 1-0 home win over bottom club Marlow.
AFC Hayes drew 1-1 at Burnham who, despite taking a 42nd minute lead through Ben Macreadie, had to settle for a point when Hayes equalised in the 65th minute through Mike Buckley.
Chalfont St Peter, ahead at the interval through Terrell Lewis, scored in time added through Adam Louth on to snatch a point from a 2-2 home draw with second from bottom Fleet Town.
Second-placed Slough had their match at Woodford United postponed and the games at Barton Rovers, against Chertsey Town, and North Greenford United, against Aylesbury, also fell foul of the weather.
