In the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier Division on Saturday, Christchurch beat Bournemouth Poppies 3-0.

A Russell Cook hat-trick sealed the win for the hosts.

It was Fawley AFC 1-2 Alresford Town, with Zach Glasspool and Steve Harding scoring for the away team.

GE Hamble beat Horndean 4-2, Ashley Jarvis, Rory Williams and Richard Gregory amongst the goals for the hosts, with Dan Hayes getting both goals for the visitors.

Alex Easton got the only goal for Hayling United as they lost 3-1 at home to AFC Portchester.

Simba Mlambo scored twice and Jackson also scored as Alton Town won 3-1 away at Lymington Town.

Moneyfields beat Hamworthy United 3-0 at Dover Road, while a first half Jack Satterley brace gave Verwood Town a 2-0 away win at New Milton Town.
