Midfielder Kris Taylor, formerly with Port Vale and Darlington, arrives on a one-year deal.
The 28-year-old, who started his career at Manchester United, can play in several positions and will bring a wealth of League experience with him.
Goalkeeper Jack Cudworth joins after his release from new league rivals Macclesfield Town.
Cudworth, 22, also had a loan spell with Barrow last season.
Midfielder Jon Brown joins after spending most of the pre-season with the Bucks.
Brown spent the second half of last season on loan at the New Bucks Head and was released by league rivals Southport at the end of the season.
The Bucks have also signed ex-The New Saints defender Tom Roberts and attacking player Joe Yoffe from Irish side Galway United having also been with Spanish side Crevillente Deportivo, but both registrations are subject to international clearance.
