The club have taken up options on the following players - Phil Trainer; Nathan Rooney; Richard Davies and Dan Preston, while terms have been agreed with Steve Jones.

Terms have been offered to Ryan Young and Chris Blackburn and Chris Sharp is already contracted for 2012/13.

The club have announced that the following players are being released on 5th May 2012 - Ashley Cain, Shane Killock, Jon Adams, Carl Rodgers, Robbie Williams and Ryan Robinson, while Kyle Perry will return to his parent club Lincoln City.

Discussions with the rest of the squad are ongoing.
