The Evo-Stik League Southern

....Warren Byerley has travelled up to potential new league rivals Kettering Town with a view to a possible switch.
The 27-year-old has already agreed terms with Weymouth but wants to see what is on offer at the Poppies first before making a final decision on where his future lies.
King said: “We have offered Warren a new deal he is happy with and part of that was the cost of his recent knee operation.
“However, I have been speaking at length to him about it and he has told me he wants to see what Kettering are offering first before making any firm commitment.
“Playing full-time football and the money to match is obviously a big pull for any player and today he has gone up there to take a look around.
“Obviously, we cannot stand in the way of that but we will be doing all we can to keep him.
“We certainly do not want to lose him.”
Former Terras’ chairman George Rolls is currently the owner-in-waiting at Kettering and already this summer has landed the services of ex-Weymouth defender Ben Gerring. Byerley has netted fifty goals for the Terras over the past two seasons.
