Sutton United’s squad is really starting to take shape after they completed their third signing of the close season.
Paul Doswell has got his man again – Bromley’s Moses Emmanuel arrives at Gander Green Lane to complete a great few days for the manager.
Over the weekend, Ross Lafayette joined the club and that came a day after Kenny Davis, the Boreham Wood midfielder, put pen to paper.
Sutton are looking to progress next season and Doswell is happy with signing number three.
“Moses is someone I’ve admired greatly over the years, and even more so because he had the most annoying habit of scoring every time he played against us!” said the manager.
“He is versatile in that he can play as a second striker, or in a three up front, and we feel his pace and movement will add to our attack.
“He has also enjoyed playing with Ross Lafayette and their understanding will help them both settle very quickly.”
Doswell’s work is not yet done as he looks to reshape his squad ahead of their late June return to pre-season.
