Woking have announced that Nathan Ralph has signed a new deal with the Vanarama National League club.

Ralph, 24, made over thirty appearances for the Cards last season on the left flank.

He started his career in the youth set-ups at Ipswich Town and Peterborough United before signing a professional contract with the Posh in 2010.

He went on to play for Kettering Town, Yeovil Town and Aldershot Town.

On signing for Woking for another season, Ralph said: “I met with the manager and he went through his philosophy for the season and it was something I really thought I could buy into. He let me know that I’d be playing games which is what I need, definitely at this stage of my career, and I felt like it definitely seemed like the best option for me.

“I enjoyed my year last year, I know we didn’t do as well as we hoped we would, but I played games, I enjoyed my football, it was a club I was more than happy to stay at.”

Manager Anthony Limbrick added: “Nathan had a strong end to last season, and he will be an important signing for the team in the fullback position. He has got strong attributes when attacking in forward areas with his crossing and delivery into the box. I’m looking forward to helping him develop over the forthcoming season”.
