Evo-Stik League South West Barnstaple Town have signed two players from Vanarama National League neighbours Barnstaple Town.

Eighteen-year-old goalkeeper Neal Osborn has joined on loan until the end of the season to gain match experience.

Included in his loan contract is the ability for Torquay to recall him should the need arise and he will still train with the Gulls first-team for part of the week.

Meanwhile, Barum have signed another 18-year-old, midfielder Tallan Mitchell, after he was released by the Gulls earlier this week to find regular first-team football.
