Ifil made over 200 appearances for Swindon Town after joining from Watford in 2004.
He is a strong central defender who has the reputation of being a hard tackler.
He left Swindon in the summer of 2009 and joined Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen on a two-year deal, making his debut against Celtic.
He went on to make forty-four appearances for the Dons before being released at the end of January 2011 whereupon he signed non-contract terms with Bristol Rovers until the end of last season.
Dobson joined Blue Square Bet South side Woking from then league rivals Braintree Town in February 2011 after being released from a short-term deal by npower League Two outfit Barnet.
The 27-year-old, who was capped once by Jamaica, returned to Underhill on a short-term deal from Thurrock in November 2010 but made one substitute appearance.
The former Crystal Palace trainee's first spell at Barnet was in 2004 after he left Cheltenham Town.
Dobson has played for a number of clubs including Stevenage Borough, MK Dons, Wycombe, Brentford, Mansfield Town and begins his second spell with the Poppies.
Meechan, 20, joined Scottish League side Motherwell in 2007, eventually earning a place on the reserves late on the same season.
However, he had to wait until late in 2009 under Jim Gannon for his first-team debut against Celtic at Fir Park.
He went on to make four senior appearances before joining Albion Rovers on a six-month loan deal in August 2010.
Meechan turned down the chance to stay on at Rovers in favour of a return to Fir Park to try and impress new manager Stuart McCall, but he was subsequently released last month.
