....signing of vastly experienced defender Chris Timons from Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South club Rainworth Miners Welfare.

The 37-year-old is a former professional who made forty first-team starts for Mansfield Town between 1994 and 1996.

His previous clubs also include Clipstone Miners Welfare, Halifax Town, Chesterfield, Leyton Orient, Stafford Rangers, Gainsborough Trinity, Altrincham, Stalybridge Celtic, Ilkeston Town, Hucknall Town and Harrogate Town as well as Chesterfield and Leyton Orient in his pro days.

The other major arrival at the club is Graham Charlesworth, who has come on board to assist Gary Hayward`s back room staff.

A vast amount of experience and knowledge of players around the area, Charlesworth has been with Shirebrook Town and recently at Glapwell in the Central Midlands League.
