Tipton Move Quickly to Appoint Long

Long succeeds Craig Harris, who resigned from the club to take up the vacant managers` position at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division club Chasetown.

Long was part of the management team last season and played a major part in the club`s success in reaching the League Cup final.

The Board have every confidence in Long, who has a long history of success at grass roots level.

The Board feel the key to success in driving the club forward is continuity and hope that all staff in key areas will play a part in assisting the new manager.
