.....Football League striker Kevin Townson.
Townson, 29, who scored twenty-five goals in 102 appearances for Rochdale from 2000-2005 has also had experience in the Football League at Macclesfield Town.
He also had a couple of seasons in Australia where he won the Bill Fleming Media Player of the Year in the Victorian Premier League in 2010 for the Melbourne Knights.
More recently he played at AFC Fylde, scoring twenty-two times in just thirty-five games. Townson joined manager Shaun Reid briefly at the back end of last season scoring on his debut in defeat at Durham City, but was then sidelined with injury. Reid said: "Kevin is a proven goal scorer and will add a new dimension to our attack. He has returned fit and ready for action."
