....Gallinagh have both agreed to join Hereford United ahead of the new Blue Square Bet Premier season.
Former Bristol Rovers man Carruthers and ex-Cheltenham Town stopper Gallinagh have featured in both of the Bulls' pre-season friendlies to date against Yeovil Town and Evesham United.
Carruthers began his career with Northampton Town, making seventy-four League outings from 2000-2005 before plying his trade for Bristol Rovers, Oxford United and York City, where he played under current Bulls boss Martin Foyle and helped the Minstermen reach the Conference Promotion Play-Off Final.
The 28-year-old spent last term with new league rivals Gateshead, making twenty-one appearances for the North East club.
Gallinagh, meanwhile, made more than 100 League appearances for Cheltenham from 2003-2012 - winning the club's young player of the year prize in 2008, before spending time on loan at Bath City last season.
