Marshall, who was a summer 2011 arrival at Aggborough, began his career at Hednesford Town as a youth team player; his rapid progress through the ranks seeing him make a first-team debut aged just 17.
He went on to quickly rack up more than 170 games for the club before being snapped up by then Conference North side Eastwood Town.
An impressive season there saw him move up a level once more, with Tamworth securing his services in 2010.
Marshall could barely have packed much more action into his one season with the Lambs, taking the armband and making an impact at both ends of the pitch in both the Conference Premier and FA Cup, making forty-plus appearances and scoring four goals.
Twent-three-year-old Breeden joined Harriers in late October 2011.
Breeden's previous clubs include Leamington, Rushall Olympic and Tamworth and is an experienced non-League keeper who made twenty-eight appearances for Harriers last season as well as having a spell on loan with Hednesford Town.
