....Forshaw from Lowestoft Town and the return of Stephen Spriggs. A 21-year-old former Norwich City and Cambridge United player who joined Southend United's youth team, during Forshaw`s time at Roots Hall he played for Southend reserves, won a call-up to the Scotland under-16 squad and spent time on loan to Bishop`s Stortford.
He was released by Southend in May 2009. He subsequently joined Ebbsfleet United in July 2009 and whilst there was loaned to Ashford Town. He was released by Ebbsfleet in February 2010 after making thirteen appearances for the Fleet - eleven of which had come from the bench. He joined Lowestoft Town in early February 2010, last season he made thirty-three appearances, although only nine of these were for 90 minutes.
Also returning to The Walks is Stephen Spriggs after a brief spell with Swedish club Ytterhogdals IK.
Spriggs netted nineteen goals in thirty-six appearances during Lynn’s UCL title tilt last season before jetting off to Scandinavia to play professionally at the end of March.
