Midfield player Tommy Leighton, 27, has re-joined the club. Leighton has been signed from South Normanton Athletic.

Manager Mark Wilson said: "Tommy is a class act as he is very versatile as he can operate anywhere across the midfield. He has the ability to go past people and pick a pass out, we need a bit more flare in the side and Tommy can do that for us he has spoken about his desire to do well for us and I will give him that opportunity."

Meanwhile, Jack Coulson has also signed for Vics.

The centre half has agreed to join the club the former Holbrook Sports, Gresley Rovers and Mickleover Sports player is an exciting addition to the squad.

Any chance this website could use spell check when reporting on stories.....when in the context of a player with ability it is spelt FLAIR not flare. Very poor.
