The business of the meeting was enacted by chairman Bob Dalling with the assistance of general manager Brian King. Major points from the meeting are: 1. Constitution of the Competition was agreed, see attachment. 2. Season will commence with midweek fixtures from Monday, 6th August which will allow those clubs drawn to play in the Extra Preliminary Round of the FA Cup to play a competitive match prior to their drawn cup tie. Some clubs not involved in the FA Cup may also be allocated matches in the midweek. 3. Paul Sherrett of Uhlsport congratulated member clubs and the HL Management for the progress made in the first two seasons of the sponsor partnership, initially for three seasons. However, Paul and chairman Bob Dalling then signed a contract extending the sponsor partnership to SIX years to 31st MAY 2016.

This will ensure Hellenic League member clubs will continue to receive the valued service and support of Uhlsport stockists and will be able to exchange their end of season sponsor vouchers for kit and equipment through the many Uhlsport stockists in the UK.

General manager Brian King confirmed that sponsor vouchers in excess of £18,000 had been distributed to member clubs on the evening. 4. A number of awards were made on the evening and included;

Premier Division 'Fair Play' - Ardley United

Division One 'Fair Play' - Brimscombe & Thrupp

Hungerford Cup - presented to the member club that is voted to have advanced on the in their playing and by provision of the facility improvements made. The winner for season 2011/12 was Brimscombe & Thrupp FC.

A Meritorious Service Award was presented to Bob Attwood of Cheltenham Saracens.
