....Eddie Clark that he will be retiring from football at the end of the season.
Walden has been managing football teams for more than twenty years and said it was the right time for him to step down as he would like to spend more time with his family.
This means his last game was a disappoitning 2-1 home defeat against Rossington Main on Saturday.
Clark said in a statement: "Louth Town would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for all his hard work over the last five years winning the Central Midlands League Premier Division in 2008/09, Supreme Division in 2009/10 and the Floodlit Cup in 2010 and leading us this year to the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup.
"So, from the chairman, committee, players and fans, I would like to wish Paul all the best for the future."
