After much deliberation and a meeting with Woodford United manager Phil Mason, striker Ricky Johnson, who has been…

….out of favour in recent weeks, has decided to depart the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central club and look for a new challenge.

As one of the local areas most prolific goalscorers, Johnson required one more goal to take his senior football goal tally to 150.

After bagging twenty-one goals last season and on six for this term, the 23-year-old will be hoping to find a club as soon as possible to continue his footballing career.
