Corby Town have signed midfielder Lee Beeson from Evo-Stik League South rivals Spalding United for a second spell at Steel Park.

Beeson spent from November 2011 until July 2012 with the Steelmen.

He initially signed for the Tulips from Worksop Town in 2012/13 and was a vital part of the 2013/14 ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League championship-winning side.

He first returned to the Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field in March 2015 having spent the majority of 2014/15 with near-neighbours Holbeach United.

Having spent the first part of 2016/17 with local rivals Stamford AFC, he once again returned to the Tulips in January 2017.

The 27-year-old also numbers Boston United and Grantham Town amongst his other former clubs.
