Evo-Stik Premier club Nantwich Town have re-signed striker Harry Clayton.

Crewe-born 22-year-old Clayton started out with his home-town club and whilst on the Railwaymen`s books, had loan spells with Stafford Rangers, Newcastle Town and the Dabbers.

After being released by Crewe in May 2013, he joined Nantwich on a more permanent basis.

He left the Weaver Stadium in November 2015 for a return to Newcastle and then joined Kidsgrove Athletic a year ago.

Clayton joins a small core of other quality players who have already committed to Dave Cooke`s side from last season`s first-team.
