Midland League Premier Division club Worcester City have completed the signing of Worcester-based defender Jordan Stoddart from Evo-Stik League South West side Cirencester Town.

Worcester-based Stoddart joined Cirencester from another South West outfit, Bishops Cleeve during the summer.

He previously played for Midland League Division Three side Perrywood AFC and joined the Mitres after impressing boss Stephen Cleal.

A strong, imposing centre-back who is good in the air and quick on the floor, Stoddart made his Worcester debut in Saturday`s disappointing Buildbase FA Vase defeat by league rivals Highgate United.
