Evo-Stik League North club Mossley AFC have added Henoc Mukendi and Justin Pickering to their squad.
Mukendi is a towering 6`5” centre forward from the Democratic Republic of Congo who joins the Lilywhites from new league rivals Atherton Collieries.
The 23-year-old joined Liverpool’s youth teams in 2007 and in May 2012 he signed a two-year professional contract with the Reds.
He had loan spells with Northampton Town and Partick Thistle before moving into non-League football with Ashton United.
He then had spells with Marine AFC, Stalybridge Celtic and Colne.
Pickering is a creative, goalscoring midfielder who joins from Mossley`s Vanarama National League North Tameside neighbours Curzon Ashton.
The 25-year-old was previously with Abbey Hey, Glossop North End, Atherton Collieries and Cheadle Town.
He is the son of former Mossley player Sean Pickering and nephew of ex-Mossley manager Ally Pickering.
