Jack Horrell have signed for Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division club Longlevens AFC on a dual registration from Evo-Stik League South West side Cirencester Town.
Horrell, having signed for the Centurions in the summer from league rivals Bishops Cleeve, impressed in pre-season. However, since picking up an injury, he is in need of some game-time and arrives at Longlevens to fulfil this.
Levens` manager Moore said: “We are really please to do another deal with Cirencester and are thankful to Charlie Griffin and Scott Rose for their connection.
“Jack is an energetic midfielder, who has a great range and passing and who isn`t afraid of a tackle. He arrives looking for some game-time and we’re only too happy to facilitate this. It also strengthens us in what is a busy period of games for us at this level of football. Looking forward to working with Jack and getting him some minutes.”
It`s a double swoop for Longlevens as goalkeeper Tom Kaye has also signed for the club giving competition for current number one Ashley Wintle.
Kaye, having trained with the club in pre-season, has also played for Gloucestershire County League sides Gala Wilton and Hardwicke.
Both will go into the squad that welcome Hellenic League high-flyers Highworth Town on Wednesday night.
