Wayne Shaw, the former Sutton United keeper, is set to face a Football Association independent regulatory commission.
The Daily Mail claim his infamous pie-eating antics have landed him in hot water.
During the Vanarama National League club’s incredible run last season, he was seen eating a pie on the touchline against Arsenal. It transpired it was part of a bet the club’s one-off sponsor Sun Bets had arranged.
Shaw was charged by the FA last month for breaching betting rules, when he ate the treat live on television.
If Wayne Shaw pie eating is considered betting manipulation, how can there be markets on WWE? Employees with scripts could make a fortune…

The club – and the coach – hit the headlines in February after they parted comapny with Shaw for his part of stunt.
He faces a ban for intentionally influencing a football betting market and improper conduct, say the Mail.
Shaw has since taken a role at Southern League team AFC Totton as their new commercial manager.
