It’s Two In One Out At Champion Hill As Acheampong And Hayles Arrive

Dulwich Hamlet have brought in two new players, while one has left the club as they continue to prepare for the 2017/18 Isthmian League Premier Division.

Arriving at Champion Hill is Anthony Acheampong and Ricky Hales, while departing is Matthew Darge.

Acheampong is a defender, formerly of Maidstone United he has a lot of experience in the game despite being just 26 years old. He has also experienced a few National League South Playoffs over the last few seasons.

Hayles meanwhile is a familiar face to Hamlet fans having returned to the club from Welling United.

He was part of the Hamlets side who lost the playoff final to East Thurrock two seasons ago, he also brings a competitive edge to their forward line.

While after two seasons with the club Matthew Darge is leaving having being released by the club.

In a statement by the club, they thanked him for all his hard work and significant contribution during his time with the club.

He would be remembered for starring the FA Trophy run as well the end of season playoffs.

The club is also confident that he will not be short of offers for a new club.
