Midland League Premier Division club Worcester City have completed the signing of Portuguese winger Josh Sarmento.

Sarmento, 21, previously of Benfica, had a number of trials with Premier League clubs and was most recently with Evo-Stik League South side Alvechurch.

On Sarmento`s signing for the club, joint-manager Lee Hughes said: “Josh has bags of pace and always looks to take on his man, he reminds you of a Tristian Dunkley or Chek Steele and that is what we have been missing in this area of the squad”.
