In the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division on Saturday, Ardley United beat Thatcham Town 1-0.

In close game Ardley won with a stoppage time winner from Matthew Cruise.

Flackwell Heath edged out Lydney Town by the odd goal in five.

Lydney took the lead after 36 minutes from Declan Morley-Lyne.

Flackwell came back with three goals from James Trip on 66 minutes, Dan Bayliss 2 minutes later and Tom Wooliment in stoppage time. Lydney’s second came from Morley-Lyne a minute later.

Royal Wootton Bassett and Ascot United shared a goalless draw, while Thame United and Brimscombe & Thrupp drew 2-2

Thame’s goals come from Andy Gledhill after 55 and 58 minutes after being two down through Ollie Pitt on 33 minutes and Jack Smith on 42 minutes.

Struggling Burnham suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Highworth Town.

Burnham took an early lead through Neville Roach, but Highworth hit back with three second half goals from Chris Taylor, Jon Davolie and Aysa Corrick.

Binfield hammered Longlevens AFC 5-0 at home.

Binfield cruised to victory with strikes from Jeff Brown, Jon Bennett, Liam Ferdinand, Sean Moore and an own goal.
