In the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division on Saturday, the largest crowd of the day was at top of the table Bracknell Town for the visit of Ardley United.

Bracknell recovered from conceding an early Jack Ross goal to claim all three points with two second half goals from Gavin Smith on 52 minutes and TJ Bohane on 63 minutes.

Overall the crowd were treated to an excellent afternoon of football.

Brimscombe & Thrupp had a fine win against Highmoor-Ibis at the Meadow scoring two goals in each half (Dave Woodfield 9, Jack Holmes 23, John Evans 81, Josh Jones 85) without reply.

Flackwell Heath scored regularly throughout the game – Ben Sturgess with a hat-trick in the 2nd, 19th from the spot and 80th minutes, and a brace from Dan Rapley on 30 and 48 minutes – to put five past visitors Royal Wootton Bassett, who struck a consolation in the dying minutes (Steve Robertson 86).

A goal early in each half (Lyton Goss 5, Dan West 55) was enough for Thame United to send Longlevens AFC home pointless.
