All-Change at Laverstock & Ford

Local man John Pike has taken over as chairman of Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Division One club…..

….Laverstock & Ford following Gino Nardiello’s departure from the club.

Andy Wykes, who formerly managed the club in 2009, has returned to the club to take charge of the first-team following the departures of managerial duo Ryan Chard and Robbie Elliott.

Joining Wykes’ new management team is Rae Hughes, who was formerly a Laverstock player and Downton’s previous assistant-manager.

Another addition to Wykes’ backroom team is Chris Burden, who is a well-respected player and coach within the club.
