Blue Square Bet Premier new boys Dartford have signed goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli on a month`s loan from Barclays Premier Leaguers Fulham.

The 20-year-old’s path to date has certainly not been without set-backs, having spent considerable time on the sidelines as a result of injury.

But he has shown his character time and time again, with his desire to return stronger than ever, clearly evident.

In recent seasons he has worked closely alongside the likes of Mark Schwarzer and David Stockdale, who have both commended Bettinelli for his shot-stopping ability.

Brave off his line and when taking crosses, Bettinelli`s father Vic is Fulham’s Academy goalkeeping coach.
