Blue Square Bet North club Hinckley United have pulled off something of a coup by signing former Glasgow Celtic striker Omar Bogle.
Bogle joined the Scottish giants at the start of the 2011/12 campaign, making the move from Birmingham City.
The striker made an immediate impact, scoring in his first game for the Hoops in a pre-season friendly. He then began to catch the coaches’ eyes when he scored four goals in two consecutive league matches in November.
After being released by Celtic in December he was linked with Rangers and also with npower Championship side Cardiff City.
However, nothing came of those links and he has recently trialled with Conference Premier side Luton Town.
