Gary McCann, manager of Ryman League Premier Division club Hendon, made further changes to his squad ahead of Saturday’s defeat at Needham Market, with three new faces signed up, and one confirmed departure.
Arriving from Thamesmead Town is 24-year-old midfielder Merrick James-Lewis, who began his career with Southend United, before spells at Colchester United and Ebbsfleet United.
He has played for a number of clubs around the Ryman League, including Canvey Island, Farnborough, Harrow Borough, Heybridge Swifts, Staines Town and Enfield Town.
Promoted from the under 18 side are 17-year-old Mickey White and 16-year-old Malachy McGovern.
Both were on the scoresheet in the under-18`s 9-1 win at Northwood last week, McGovern scoring four times, and White scoring three times.
All three started on the bench as the Greens suffered a 5-2 defeat to the league leaders – a defeat that saw them slip into the relegation zone.
Leaving the club is Josh Passley, who has joined Whyteleafe after making just three appearances for the Greens.
