Skrill Premier club Braintree Town have signed midfielder Josh Clark on a month`s loan from Sky Bet League One side Brentford.
Clarke completed his two-year scholarship in the summer and signed a one-year professional contract, as part of the Development Squad.
He made his first-team debut in the Capital One Cup defeat to Derby County and also featured in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie against Peterborough United.
He has been an unused substitute on two more occasions.
Clarke, who turned 19 in July, played seventeen games in the Professional Development League last term, scoring once, and has been involved in all seven games this season.
He had two `work experience` spells with Ryman League Premier Division outfit Carshalton Athletic last season, playing seventeen games in total, scoring once, and then joined Conference South side Maidenhead United on loan in December, but played just two matches due to the weather.
