Striker Gary King has become Brigg Town’s latest recruit for the new Evo-Stik Northern Premeir League First Division….
….South season after signing a deal to play for the Zebras.
King, 23, has previously played for Lincoln City, for whom he played eleven times in the Football League, scoring on his debut against Brentford, Accrington Stanley, Boston United, Grantham Town, Stamford AFC, Hinckley United and Louth Town.
He played in the Zebras pre-season friendlies against Grimsby Borough and Beverley Town and put pen-to-paper after Saturday’s match.
Zebras manager Mick Gray was delighted to capture the forward, saying: “A lot of clubs were after Gary and I’m thrilled that he has chosen to come to the Hawthorns. Gary and the rest of the squad can’t wait for the season to get underway at Chasetown on Saturday.”
