Vanarama Conference North club Gainsborough Trinity have signed highly-rated young striker Billy Lobjoit.
Although born in Edgware, London, Lobjoit started his career with Doncaster Rovers before moving to Leyton Orient in 2008, firstly as a youth player and then as a professional.
He made just one senior appearance for the O`s, however, towards the end of the 2012/13 season against Rochdale.
Whilst on Orient`s books he had a loan spell with Boreham Wood, playing six times and scoring twice, before being released from Brisbane Road in March 2013.
He signed for Bishop’s Stortford shortly afterwards and then signed for Ryman League Premier Division side Hendon in August 2013 but played just six times for the Greens before returning to Boreham Wood on a more permanent basis.
He ended last season on loan with Ryman League Premier Division side Billericay Town.
