Magpies Bring in New Keeper

Skrill South club Maidenhead United have signed goalkeeper Matt Pegler.

Pegler left Woking in February 2012 having spent three seasons with the Cards, joining Maidenhead`s league rivals Havant & Waterlooville in July 2012 after short spells with Walton Casuals and Badshot Lea.

He originally started as a schoolboy with Fulham’s and stayed with the Cottagers until moving to Queens Park Rangers at the age of 15.

From there he gained a scholarship at Aldershot Town before signing for Woking in August 2009.

At Woking he also gained experience on loan with Fleet Town in 2011.

He was released by the Hawks in the summer.
