Experienced striker Richard Pacquette has joined Ryman League Premier Division club Grays Athletic`s young squad, bringing a wealth of experience with him
Pacquette joins the club from league rivals Metropolitan Police.
A product of the Queens Park Rangers youth system, he made his first-team debut towards the end of the 2000/01 season.
He had loan spells with Stevenage Borough, Dagenham & Redbridge and Mansfield Town before being released in 2004, having made over forty appearances.
He had brief spells with MK Dons and Brentford before dropping down to non-League football, where he has played since for the likes of Bromley, Eastbourne Borough, Eastleigh, Farnborough Town, Fisher Athletic, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Hayes & Yeading United, Hemel Hempstead Town, Lincoln City, St Albans City, Stevenage Borough, Sutton United, Walton & Hersham, Worthing and York City.
He scored for Havant & Waterlooville in their FA Cup Fourth Round game against Liverpool at Anfield in 2008, where they were defeated 5–2.
Pacquette should be available for selection for Saturday’s home match against Leatherhead.
