Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central club Aylesbury FC has announced a new first-team management structure has been put into place following the departure of Steve Bateman.
The team will be headed up by Danny Gordon, a name well-known to all Moles fans.
Gordon has had an illustrious playing career in the non-League structure playing for Aylesbury United, Staines Town and Chesham United before he had a season managing at then Southern Premier Division side Burnham.
Gordon will be supported by his partner at Burnham, Gareth Risbridger.
Risbridger started his career at Marlow then Yeovil Town before being signed by Southend United.
He also played at Dover Athletic and Aylesbury United.
He suffered an injury while at Staines Town that kept him out of football for two-and-a-half years but more recently was playing at Slough Town before his managerial stint at Burnham.
Gordon and Risbridger will be joined in the new structure by Davis Haule, another non-League veteran, Paul Bonham, who managed the Moles` under-18s and Development side last year before joining Tring Athletic and is currently studying for his coaching badges, and Dan Saunders, who will look after the goalkeepers.
