ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division club Huntingdon Town have appointed….

….Teddy Dear as assistant-manager, working alongside manager Ricky Marheineke and coach Paul Swannell in the Jubilee Park backroom team.

Dear is a former Town player and the brother of midfielder Ricky.

Goalkeeper Dave Beeny has made a timely return between the posts after recovering from a knee injury as his replacement Andy Stevens has been sidelined by work commitments.

Beeny was sent-off on his return to action at Sleaford Town so faces another spell on the sidelines.

Wide man Dan Moyes is about to return to first-team action after recovering from his broken leg suffered in pre-season, but left-back Ryan Spencer will be out for three months with a dislocated shoulder which requires an operation.
