….become the fifth signing of Terry Browns reign at Ryman League Premier Division club Margate.
The highly-rated, Bromley-born midfielder joined Sutton from Eastleigh in 2011 after four seasons at the Silverlake Stadium and went on to make 131 appearances for the U’s, scoring on seven occasions.
His consistent performances earned him the player of the year award in his first season at the club and his former clubs include Welling United and Faversham Town.
On the way out of the club are 16-year-old George Whitelock, who has joined Ryman North side Aveley in search of regular first-team football and striker Moses Ashikodi, who has joined Farnborough after a brief spell at Hartsdown.
Meanwhile, Margate have announced former Welsh international Wayne Jones as the club`s new physio.
The former Bristol Rovers player has held positions as assistant-manager and physio at Gillingham, Notts County, Huddersfield Town, Hereford United, Yeovil Town, Aldershot and Newport County amongst others.
Jones spent his entire club career with Bristol Rovers, making 224 appearances before having to quit through injury at the age of only 24, and was capped once by Wales at full international level and three times for the under-23s.
