Blue Square Bet North club FC Halifax Town have signed former Garforth Town graduate Jason St Juste.
St Juste started his career under the guidance of Simon Clifford at Garforth, then in the Northern Counties East League, and became a graduate of the Leeds Brazilian Soccer School’s programme before being spotted by then League Two side Darlington, joining them early in the 2004/05 season.
After making fifteen League appearances for the Quakers, St Juste went on to play for Southampton and Norwegian Division Two club Sandnes Ulf, returning each off-season to play for Garforth.
In February 2011 he signed for Chester FC but left the following May without really making an impression at the Deva Stadium.
He recently trialled with former club Darlington and Bradford Park Avenue before signing for the Shaymen.
