Kempston Rovers have announced that two players have left the Evo-Stik League South East club.

Firstly, Damon Herbert has signed for ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division side Newport Pagnell Town.

Herbert initially joined Rovers for the start of the 2016/17 season, but left the club to join then-UCL Division One side Daventry Town mid-season.

He returned to Hillgrounds in the summer, fresh from helping Daventry to promotion.

Secondly, Josh Sturniolo has joined UCL Division One outfit Potton United on an initial month loan deal.

The winger will aim to get some game time for The Royals.
