The 18-year-old was a stand-out player for the Heathens last season and the club said then that they wouldn’t stand in his way if bigger and better opportunities came his way.
Bayliss thanked Flackwell Heath’s coaching team for developing him into a player good enough for England Schoolboys selection.
Bayliss earned his place in the Three Lions squad after impressing for his county team Oxfordshire, but it’s his football for the Hellenic Premier Division side Flackwell that stood him apart from his rivals for an England jersey.
Bayliss played his part as England triumphed over Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales to win the Centenary Shield on goal difference after winning three of their four matches.
Thankyou guys, enjoyed every minute of it, great club and great people, best of luck for this season????????⚽️
